Thank you for supporting the Heritage Academy Sports Boosters! Your support is crucial to ensuring our student-athletes have everything they need to succeed. This year, we've made it easier for you to select your advertising packages and add-ons with a convenient online form.

Split Payment Option: Our top three packages—Gold Patriot Package, Blue Patriot Package, and Promotional Package— offer a split payment option. Pay half now and receive a link in January for the remaining balance.

Deadline: To be included in the Athletic Program, please submit your payment and forms by August 1, 2026. Artwork received after this date cannot be guaranteed publication in the program.

Ad Design Service: If you need help with designing your Ad page, please mark this preference on the form.
