The second grade program at Heritage Ac.ademy takes students as far as the imagination can go. Our students are challenged in a nurturing environment in which they are actively engaged in the learning process. Our program uses textbooks, trade books, technology, field trips, and manipulatives to allow students to demonstrate and apply their understanding . Reading and math are vital part of our curriculum. We strive to provide students with essential skills that promote life-long learning. Learning experiences are designed to be exciting and to promote a positive learning environment.
