Friday Dismissal

Students in JK, SK, Grades 1 & 2 may check out at the end of visiting time (9:20). Students in Grades 3-6 may check out at the end of their program (9:55). They must check out in their classrooms. All students will be dismissed for the day at 11:45. There will be NO AFTERHOURS on Friday.

8:50-9:20 Visiting time (all grades & guests)

9:25-9:55 Program 3rd-6th Grades

Books, Books, Books

All guests are invited to come to the library during visiting time on Grandparents & Guests Day this Friday. Books are available for purchase in honor of your student(s) for our elementary library.

Biscuits for Sale

On Sept. 30th, the Jr. High Dance Team will be selling biscuits for $1.50. Flyers will be sent home later with more details.

SCA Cookbooks

SCA cookbooks are now on sale in the office for $20. The recipes in this cookbook are from the students turned in last year. The cookbook is dedicated in memory of Kim Keys Dickey. A portion of the proceeds will go to the Susan G. Komen Foundation. Thank you for your support!

H1N1 Update

With the threat of the H1N1 flu, on the back side this newsletter you will find information from the CDC about actions parents and students may take at home and what to do if their child becomes sick.

Drop Off & Pick Up

Please remember not to enter the front entrance by cutting in line when turning left in front of the school. When people cut in front of cars entering the school from 7th street onto Willowbook, this makes the ones that have been waiting patiently, very upset.
