Heritage Academy named Apple Distinguished School Columbus, MS — March, 29, 2010 — Heritage Academy is pleased to announce that it has been named an Apple Distinguished School for its 1:1 (one-to-one) MacBook Program and integration of Apple technology throughout the campus.
After their study of six major human body systems, Heritage fourth graders went to the expert with their questions. Students participated in a live video chat using Apple’s iChat video conferencing software on a school issued MacBook.
